One monthly fee, fully stated
Hosting, domain and revisions included, nothing itemized later.
Law firm website cost is hard to compare across providers because each one bundles things differently: some quote design only, others add hosting, revisions or content as separate line items later. Our plans state everything up front, from $137 a month, with a $797 build fee invoiced only after launch.
What it costs
Every plan has a monthly fee and a one-time build fee. The monthly fee covers hosting, the domain, revisions and ongoing management for as long as the plan runs. The $797 build fee covers the initial site build and is invoiced only once the site is live and you have approved it, not at signup.
Hosting, an SSL certificate, a domain renewal, and the cost of a developer for changes after launch are the line items most often missing from an initial quote. Ask directly what happens after the first bill: what does hosting cost, what does an extra page cost, what does an hour of a developer's time cost. Those answers, added up over a year, are the real cost.
Charging the build fee only once you have approved a live site removes the risk of paying upfront for a project that stalls or disappoints. It also means the incentive is aligned correctly: the fee is earned by delivering a finished, working site, not by starting one.
The plan you choose, mainly whether you want the AI Engine or the Content Engine on top of the base website, is what changes the monthly fee. The number of practice area and office pages does not change the price; every plan builds however many pages the firm actually needs.

$797, invoiced only once the site is live and approved.
Then a flat $20 each, no hourly billing.
No separate bill for either, on every plan.
The number of pages does not change the price of the plan.
That depends on what is included. Ours starts at $137 a month with hosting, a domain and revisions included, which is worth comparing against any quote that lists design fees only.
The $797 build fee covers the work of the initial build. It is invoiced only after the site is live and you have approved it, so you are never paying it upfront for an unfinished project.
No. The monthly fee is set by the plan you choose, not by how many practice area or office pages the site needs. Build whatever the firm actually handles.
No cancellation fee. Cancellation needs two business days notice before your next invoice date during business hours; the terms and refund policy explain the full details.
Your plan's pricing is set when you sign up. Any future pricing changes are communicated in advance and never applied retroactively to a term already invoiced.
A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $137 a month, the $797 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
